COMMERCIAL.
The Thames River Sawmill, and Bush land in the district of Hauraki, were sold to-day by Messrs Cochrane & Son, for the sudi of £1,100.
Mr R Arthur held a large sale of workboxes, fancy goods, and stationery to-day, when fair average pi'ices were obtained.
