Tub Pioneer Juvenile Templars will hold an open lodge meeting this evening in the Wellesley-street Your g Men's Rooms ' The programme consists of speeohr-s by the little men of the order, and songs, recitations, and dialogues by the small sisters of the fairy circle. As this is the last lodge-meeting of the present year, extra energy will be thrown into the scenes iv order that the meeting may be generally attractive. The entertainment commences at 7.15. E. D. DA.VIES, VENTaiILGQUTBT. The capital entertainment by Mr __. i>. Davies, and his talent«d associates continues to draw immenely, and last night attracted a very large number of citizens to the City Ball. The entertainment beivg full of* wit, humour, pleasant colloquy, melody and soDg renders ennui impossible. Mr Davies, as a ventriloquist, deserves the l»ur_ Is he has so honorably won in hl-t^ profession, and one cannot but be gratified with his remarkable performances ; while Miss E Davies'a selections on ihe piano evidence a skillful and welltrained pianist. Again the brothers Dv Ville in their horizontal feats gave a newness of feature to thescene, and produced anelectrifying influence on the audience, which found vent la cheers. Again Mr. and Mr, Jtmpson Won well-doserved applause by their exquisit melodies add vivacious and laughable dialogue. We can recommend this entertainment for its mirth, liveliness, and general character, which in its entirety forms an antidote to that depression and melancholy which sometimes .creeps ove c the spirit j_nd which is unaccountable. \ ■ • ' - THK PANTOMIME. - - The theatre was vffell filled last night when the Christmas Pantomime, again formed the object of attraction. .
