'Tenders will be received at the Superintendent's Office, Auckland, until noon of MONDAY, the 20th day of December, 1875, from persons willing to jsurchuse Debentures to be sold by the Public Buildings Commissioners under the authority of the Public Buildings Act. 1875, and secured on the pieces of land set forth in schedule 2 of the said Act. The total amount proposed to be irsned at present is £20,000. The Debentures hear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum payable half-yearly. The Principal to be repaid at par, by the application to annual drawings o' 1 per cent, sinking Fund.
