Two large meetings were held here on Saturday. The ratepayers meeting of the Mangapiko district, decided to petition the Superintendent to make Mangapiko river the southern boundary. Mr R. fiadfield was elected trustee vice E. Hall resigned. A race meeting will be held on Boxing Day. A good committee has been formed.
