AUCKLAND WHALING COMPANY.
An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of this Company was held at noon this day, in the office of Captain Clayton, 49, Insurance Buildings; Mr Stephen E. Hughes in the chair.
The Chairman, in a few words, explained -the object cf the meeting, and called upon the secretary to read the minutes of the {previous meeting. Mr Levy then proposed, and Mr Snell ■seconded —" That this Company be wound up, and the assets sold by public auction, in accordance with the resolutions of the last meeting." Carried.
The Chairman was authorised to confirm the minutes of the present meeting, and the whaling company was declared dissolved.
