Mr. R. Arthur sold to-day fruit and jams, ex Bella Mary, at the following rates :— Apples, l^d to 3Sd : walnuts, Is 2M per lb ; hazle nuts, Is -Jd ; Wilson's 'jams, 7s 2d per dozen ; Holroyd's, 7s to 7s Id per dozen. Mr L. W. Eaton sold at his store 500 cases ©f apples and pears, ex Bella Mary. Apples realized from lfd to 2|d ; pears, ljd. Messrs Samuel Cochrane and Son to-day disposed of 4 hhds. of whale oil, the produce of the two whales recently caught at the Thames. The price realised was Is 8d per gallon. The ketch Fanny Kelly was offered at auction by Mr G. W. Binney to-day, but •withdrawn without any bidding.
