This day,
Sergeant King. The Kowena arrived on Tuesday with passengers. Sergeant King, was received with hearty congratulations by the whole community yesterday. Overtures were made to him to settle the matter now pending in an action for false imprisonment at the Supreme Court, as being paltry and insignificant, were indignantly refused.
