POLICE COURT.—This Day.

LYING OUT,
Thomas Murphy was found prostrate in Vincent-street, through the influence of Irish whiskey, and John Leonard was found kicking up his heels in Victoria-street. It being proved that tbe men were drunk, they were fined 10s. each.
"DOLLY ROBINSON." Mary Robinson, between sixty and seventy, known as " Dolly," was brought up for the twentieth time, for being drunk. Mary said she would not get drunk again, if his Worship would let ber go. Fined 203. and costs. NEGLECTED CHILDREN.
George McCann and Mary Ann and Elizabeth Dougherty were charged with being neglected children within tbe meaning of the Neglected and Children's Act. The evidence shewed a fearful state of vice and immorality existing in tbe purlieus of Chancery-lane.
His Worship ordered the Doughertys to the Industrial School for six and four years, and the boy McCann for eight years, the father to contribute five shillings a week, and the children to be brought up in the Catholic faith.
