LATEST THAMES NEWS. THE OHINEMURI NEGOTIATIONS. GBAHAMSTOWN. (From our own Correspondent.) This day. The latest Obinemuri news shows that Messrs. Tne natives subscribed £300 for the church, which they erect without any other aid. Mr Mackay said he wanted the question settled of payment for advances. He wanted them, to meet him with as pleasant faces as when they came to him for advances. Moananui claimed 10s an acre for the lands of Waifcara and Colville, and said that some of the flour supplied at the Tarariti meeting was vile stuff. Considerable recrimination ensued. At the meeting held yesterday Mo'nnatiui addressing the natives, recommenced them to unite in brotherly love against a common enemy the Pakeha.
