(Before His Worship the Mayor.) DRTTNKKNNESS. Nancy Gorham was fined 5a for being drunk on Saturday night. Patrick Smith, and John Mopland, forfeited their bail. ARSON. Cecilia Allen, was brought up on a charge of setting fire to the dwelliag house of Mr Howard at Takapuaa, on the 27th instant. The prisoner, a mere child, who had beea employed as servant in the family, was remanded until Monday next. A FALSE CHEQUE.
