PIG HUNT, AND SAD DEATH OVER THE CLIFF.

Motuihi, November 23. THRRE are no fresh cases of fever. We cau_ht a wild pig to-day, took him up to the grounds, and let him loose for a hunt. There was grand sport. About 150 immigrants of all sizes and ages, set off in full cry after him. In his flurry, his pigship jumped clean over the cliff, and broke his neck. Great rejoicing. Pork for dinner ! Arrived : Cutter with more piles for the wharf. Death I—A fine old pig ; also fifty rabbits, and live dozen schnappers.
