m 8 bankrupt was a boatman at Official ■Bay and the report stated that for th e public good the bankrupt had, "out of the benevolence of his heart," built an hotel i n the island of Waiheke, and placed a person in it, but that person had decamped, as he objected to the solitude of the place. His liabilities were Ll4l ; assets, nil. TJnoyposed j discharged.
