This day. Mr. Kelly, M.H.R., received a uuanimous vote of confidence at Opotiki. He denounced rrovinc.aliain. He addresses his Tauranga const tuc-nts to-morrow night. Ttie new Resident Magistrate's Court was opened to-day.
