In the Import markets there was some business doing in trade orders at about late rates. The William Turner's cargo of Californian wheat was offered at auction by Messrs. Sfcubba and Co., and a small quautity sold at ss. lOd. The balance was passed for private sale. In liquors we heard of a sale of Kinahan's case whisky at 21s, and bulk ale at late quotations. Galvanised iron commands a ready sa!e, £38 were paid for a line of Wolverhampton and sheet lead at a full price. Sugars move quietly, brewing crystals dear, £36 10s paid for a line. Maize is a trifle easier, as supplies ai-e coming forward mote freely,
