Arrived : Bebmgton from London. She left on July 26th via Plymouth, with 316 All well. Four births, and three deaths (infants) occurred. One infant named French, died of heart disease. A complaint has been lodged on behalf of a single woman, named Lydia Pnillips, by ber brother, of alleged harsh treatment. I Court of Inquiry will be held in a day or two. J
< The immigrants seem a promising lot and include sixty single women. Sir Donald McLean leaves for the North this afternoon per Southern Cross.
