The following are nominations for the St. Andrew handicap : Nelmes Faughaballagh ; Goodman's Kathleen aud Verbena, Leckie's Congreve ; Hutchison's Mabel : Noswoithy's Tadmar, Traitor; Pritchard's Pertobe ; Broadway's Miss Eowe ; Cotton's Envy ; Hastie's Lydia ; Coombes Fight Bower. There were sixteen nominations for the Spring handicap, including Mabel, Tadmor, Envy, Traitor, Sonnambula. The hurdle race is a walk overfor Kildare. A. H. Shurey, for many years porber for the Union Bank, Dunedin, was presented with a purse of sovereigns by his friends, on Saturday night, prior to being transferred to the New Ashburton branch.
