The object of the Company is the supply of wholesome Meat to shareholders and^consumers at less than can be done by private establishments, FOR CASH, or guaranteed abort accounts. The nominal capital of the Company is £4000, in 4000 shares of £1 each. 10s of which will only be called up. Arrangements will be made to secure suitable business premise* and an efficient manager. Credit will only be given to Shareholders, and only to the extent of the value of shares held, thus providing against the possibility of bad debts.
