This day. The official declaration of the poll took place at Otahuhtx to-day at two o'clock, when Mr R. C. Mr. May has reeved 180 votes; Mr. Goodfellow, 156; ■«• Troup, 121 ; Mr. Woodward, 9 ; and f*' Dargaville, 6. He had, therefore, to c^ are Joseph May, Esq., duly elected. Mr May briefly returned thanks for the TO,_ and hoped to be able to give to a majority of the electors, and wnen he came before them again he trusted wey would be satisfied with him.
