Messrs Samuel Coehrance and Sons sold the estate of Campbellville, Ponsonby, at their Land Mart, Fort-street, to-day. There was a large ;jittendance, and bidding was kept up with a good deal of spirit. The whole of the allotments along the Shelly Beach road from' Pcnsonby road to the inaction pf Emmetu and Hackett-streets, with the back,, allotments fronting Curranstreet, forming sec. 4, were bought by Mr Campbell ;lot 19, at £1 18s ; 18, £2 14s ; and from 15 fo 12 at 7s 6d to 8s ; lot 1 at £1 18s ; and 2 to 5s Curran-street at 8s 6d to 5s 6d per wt. Lots 6, 9, and 10, fronting Shelly Beach Road, fetched* 7s and 7s 6d, and were bought by Mr Hamilton, who was also the purchaser of the remaining seven allotments of section No. 5 at from 4s 6d » ss. 6d a foot.
