Three destitute boys, Robert, George, and William, sons of the mother of the child who was found dead on Sunday morning, were brought into Court charged under the Neglected Criminal Childrens' Act with being destitute, their mother being in Mount Eden on a charge of manslaughter. It was stated that their father was away in consequence of the mother's evil habits. The children were commitied to the Industrial School, the elder for two years, the next for four years, and the youngest for six years, to be brought up in the religion of their parents. Should the father be found an order will bo made upon him to contribute towards their support. This was all the business.
