And to exchange the Militia Store, reserved by the Auckland Improvement Albert Barrack Reserve Act, 1872, for another build'inl, provided by the said pommissieners. And to straighten the boundary line between the Albert Barracks and Government House Grounds. And to enable the said Commissioners to stop Coburg-street, between the northerly boundary of Dr. Philson's property and its junction wi#i WeDesley-street East, anp to enable tho Governor to grant to the said Dr. Philson a triangular piece of land adjoining his said property, at present part of Wollesley-street, and to mi.ke the abandoned portion of Coburg-street land su )ject to the control of the said Commissioners. And to close O'Connell-street and Thompson's Lane, and to alter and widen Chancery-street. . .
