CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. This Day.
The usual quarterly meeting of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce was convened to be held this afternoon in Vaile's Building, but owing to the hurried notice of the meeting, and also to the fact that several of the members were engaged in a special jury case at the Supreme Court, the secretary failed to muster a quorum. A special meeting of the Chamber will be,held in course of a few days to discuss important business. Due notice of. the same will be given by advertisement.
