Labceny.—Rebecca Kennedy was charged with stealing a pair of boots, value 10s, from John young. Pleaded guilty, and was sent a week to gaol. —, William Williams was charged by James Palmer with haying stolen pewter pots, value 11s. Pleaded gulity, and was sentenced to two months' imprisonmtnfc with hard larbor.—-Cathorine Beilly pltaded guilty to haying stolen certain cloth injf, the property of W. Wallace, value £4. Proseo'utor deposed that the woman, being hi* washerwoman, had receired the artioleg on the 28tb May, and since pawned them. Imprisonment for three month*.
