EE HENRY iBBORT HAIR. Mr. Brock on behalf of Mr. Wynn stated that the case was opposed.
EE PEEDEICK J. TON STUEMEB. Mr. Brock appeared on behalf of the bankrupt and asked for a day to be fixed. His Honor said he could not fix a day at present.
EE WALTER DUDLEY. This case was opposed. EE OUG-HTON AND MEYERS.
Mr. Thorne appeared on behalf of Mr. Mevers; Mr. Oughton was not present. The case was postponed till later in the day.

Mr. James Russell appe .red on behalf of the bankrupt. Bankrupt came up for his last examination. There was no opposition.
Bankrupt deposed : The document produced is my amended statement of accounts. The contents thereof are true.
'The bankrupt was declared to have passed his examination, and received his discharge.

Mr. Jas. Russell asked that the bankrupt might be called, and in case he did not answer, that his name be struck out of the list. Case struck out.
EE SAMUEL ALPE. Bankrupt passed his last examination, and received his discharge.

Mr. Brookfield appeared for the bankrupt, and applied for the case to be adjourned till next Thursday. Adjourned accordingly.
BE JOHNT WHITE,
Mr. Hesketh appeared on behalf of the bankrupt. The liabilities in this estate were set down at £3540 18s. Id. Assets cash realised from sale of allotment and household furniture, £400. Freehold and leasehold property nob sold, but Taluod at £138. Pro-
perty held by creditors as security for debts, £43. Quartz crushing machine mortgaged for £400, which the trustee thought was the full value, but which the bankrupt valued at £1000. Debts due to the estate, £646 Us. 9d. Leaving a deficiency of £1633. Bankrupt passed his last examination and received his discharge.
BE HENRY HAASE. Liabilities, £289 13s. Bd. Nominal assets, some shares and expected profits in gold mining transactions amounting to £189. Deficit, £100 13s. Bd. . . , Bankrupt passed his last examination, ana received his discbarge. BE B. HILL. This case was called on. There was no appearance. The case was therefore struck out. EE PEANK TOWEES. Mr. Hay appeared on behalf of the bankrupt, and applied for an adjournment for six weeks, in order to give sufficient time for communication -with creditors in the South. Adjourned to the 29th September. RE ROBEET DYASON. Mr. Hay appeared on behalf of the bankrupt, and applied for an adjournment, as tho bankrupt had gone to Christehurch. Adjourned for six weeks. EE JOHN BROWN. Mr. Lusk appeared on behalf of the bankrupt ; Mr. Beveridge appeared to oppose on behalf of Messrs. Samson, Frazer and Co., and another. Liabilities, £650 4s. 9d. Assets, £534. Deficit, £116 4s. 9d. Bankrupt proved his final discharge. The trustees' report was read, from which, it appeared that the liabilities and assets were as above stated, and that only two creditors have proved their debts. The further hearing of the case was adjourned to a later period of the day. EE D. K. CLARKSON. Mr. Lusk appeared on behalf of the bankrupt, and stated that all the requirements of the Act hud boen complied with. The trustees' report was before the Court.
