THE CARANDINI CONCERTS.

Yesterday evening the Carandini company gave their farewell concert, and, although the house was not crowded, there was a great many present, the Volunteers being well represented. As usual the singing was in that sweet style that has made the troupe such favourites with the public. Miss Rosina sang "Kale O'Shane" and "I cannot mind my wheel, mother," in her usual manner, and was loudly applauded. Miss Fannie in "Ye Pretty Wild Birds," was loudly encored, and replied by singing " Love's Request" with telling force. Madame Carandini was greatly admired in "The Irish Emigrant," and her splendid voice quite charmed her hearers in the duet from " Norma." Mr. Winter was very good in " The Muleteer," and Mr. Wright was loudly applauded for his performance on the violin, "i rust her not," by the Missies Rosina and Fannie, caused g^eat laughter, and the winning smiles of two such ladies ousht to make youug men beware and take care.
