By His Excellency Major-General, GEORGE DEAN PITT, Knight of the Royal Hanoverian of the Provin er, &c, &c., sc. jTHEREAS, by an Ordinance enacted'by , . . the Lieutenant-Governor of New Zealand, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, intituled — " An Ordinance for regulating the Slaughtering of Cattle in certain places," Session 8.
