As we surmised, an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court to the Privy Council has been determined upon; in the case of Queen against Clarke; notice having been given to the Solicitor for the Defendant, who has already bespoken copies. It is live to two upon the Judges' law against the Governor's, and no takers.
