MOTHERS' UNION
ST. PETER'S BRANCH. I The monthly meeting of the St. Peter's branch of the Mothers' Union was held on "Wednesday in the Schoolroom when there were present Mes- , dames H. Nelson Wright, J. E. Arm'strpng, C. W. Leete, B. W. Henning, E. May, P. G. Riches, F. J. A. Wright, 'A. Shuttle worth, T. Masefield, C. Gabbot, J. H. Williams, Wasney, and F. C. Newton. Apologies were received from Mesdames F. G. Armstrong, A. M. Helps, and W. Jacobson. I Correspondence was read from Rev. P. Revell stating he could not attend the meeting, but would address the May meeting. Bishop West-Watson wrote acknowledging letter of sympathy. It was decided to hold a dance for school children next week, funds to be devoted to, St. Peter's Schoolrom expenses. Rev. H. Nelson Wright delivered a devotional address which was listened to-. with interest. A sumptuous afternoon tea was served, the hostesses being Mesdames Pi : G. Riches and B. W. Henning.
