ANNUAL MBEiTINiG OF DUVAUOHIEiLiLE BRANICH. Th& annual meeting of the Duvauchelle's Branch of the Plunket Society was held on, Friday when Mrs J Cunningham' presided over a fair J attendance. The annual report showing the last ' year's work was 1 adopted and also the ? financial statement shewing a credit balance of £6 Is 4d. OFFICERS. ' The election of officers' resulted as follows President, iMrs Ken Macphail. Vice-Presidents, iMesdames' Archie Macphail, W. D. Macphail, IM. Bright, P. 'Humm, D. McKay, R. Stewart, F. A. Lewthwaite, E. Hay, J. C. Hay, Mc •Masters, Allan Goodwin, D. Hunt, A. Salt, V. 'Graw, P. Duxb.ury and Lady Stewart. General .Committee, Mesdames P. Cunningham, A. Pri chard, G. Taylor, L. Cairns, A. Craw, B. Swift and J. Thacker. Hon. Sec., Mrs T. It. Mould. Hon. Treas., Mrs L. Kay. A : discussion' ensued as to the nurses hours and it was decided that on the first and third ' Fridays the hours be from' 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on the second and fourth' Fridays the hours be from' 10 a.rr<. to 11 a.m. It was decided to hold a fency dress ball on 13 June in aid of the funds. The meeting terminated with votes of than'ka to the nurse and the outgoing officers.
