O— • Before Wyvern Wilson Eeq., S.M. A sitting of the S.M. Court, Akaroa, was held before Wyvern Wilson, Esq., S.M.-yesterday morning. BOX HIVES. Henry Nibblett and R. A. Mould of Wainui were charged with being in jjfssession of box hives contrary to the regulations required by the statute. G. H. Sargeant, Apairy inspector, Christchurch, appeared on behalf of the Department and each defendant was fined 20s and 7s court Allan E. B. Goodwin (Mr Holmes) was charged with not returning mili--1 tary clothing the property of the Canterbury Mounted Rifles "to the value of £3 4s 3d. He was ordered to pay the sum and costs, £2 4s 6d JUDGEMENT BY DEFAULT. Judgment by default was given in the case H. J. Barnham (Mr Holmes) v. J. McLeod, claim £5 11s 3d and costs £1 5s 6d
