SALE AT LITTLE RIVER. On Tuesday at the annual Lamb and Ewe Fair at Little River, Messrs Dalgety and Co. offered for public auction the teases of Reserves 93(5 and 1221. Reserve 93G comprises 140 acres 32 perches, at Wainui ; present tenant Jas. Gray, sublet to O. J. Wakelin, first-class grazing .and dairying land. Buildings comprise house and outbuildings. Reserve 1221 comprises 150 acres at Barry's Bay; present tenant Robt.! Latter. Good warm grazing and dairying- country, full of clover and cocksfoot. I There was keen competition for, both reserves, and they were sold as under :—Reserve 936 to Geo. Reed, Little River, at 41/- per acre. reserve 1221 to Robert Latter, Barry's Bay, at 50/- per acre. Both leases are for a term of 21 years from Ist May. 1919.
