When Ch tries Harvey appeared on remand at the Mngistrate's Court charged with the murder of a Chinese storekeeper on Sepsember 12th last, tho police asked perminsion to withdraw the oharge upon the re„ crmmondation of the Crown Law Office. The only evidence ngainst accused '-'as 'it own statem- nt of oonfe?Bion. The police bud enquired into that, and were satisfied thut. noji ■*• nd Horvey, Accused was aceordirißly discharged.
