After aome debate the Council went; fhto committee in the Local Bodies Loans Bill and the State Advances Bill. The Temporary Employees' Bill passed its second reading. It was decided not to proceed with the Stallioa Bill this session. November 14. The Shipping and Seamen Act Amendment Bill was considered in committee, and progress reported to clause 20. The IVtnporary Employaos' Bill was pat through committee and passed,
