PROPOSAL FOR SPECIAL LOAN. THE Akaroa and Wainui Road Board propose io borrow from the Government by Special Loan, under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," end the amendments thereof, the cum of £6COO, for the purpose of metalling the roads in the Akaroa Road District, specified in the Schedule hereto at the approximate coat set opposite each such road. That Buch loan be for a period of 26 yeare, and that the annual charge by way of interest and sinking fund payable thereon, be at the rate of £5 per centum per annum.
