THE Akaroa and Wainui Road Board propose to borrow from the Government, by Special Loan, under "The Local Bodies Loar.s Act, 1901," snd the amendments thereof, the turn of £6COO, for the purpose of metalling the roads iv the Akaroa and Wainui Road District, specified iv the Schedule hereto at the approximate cost set opposite each *uch road. That such loau be for a period of 26 year., and that tho annual charge by way of interest and sinking fucd payable thereoD, he at the rate of £5 per centum per annum.
