A epeoial general meeting of the shareholders in the Peninsula Baleyards Company was held list Friday ab bhe Somerset Hotel, Duyauohelle'B. present—M «.. (Chairman), RJ L'atier, ty. G Robip'son, i„ Thaokdr, (i. Robinson, J a g. Pettigrew and O. W. Leete.
The speoial resolution, affecting tha articles of asscciabion, which were passed at the speoial general meeting, on August 7th, were confirmed, and tho meeting adjourned.
The ordinary monthly meeting of the Direstors waa subsequenbly held. Present —Messrs E. E. Lelievre (ohairman), Latter, Robinson and Thacker.
The minutes of the last meeting , were read and confirmed.
Correspondence was read from Messrs Meares and Williams re Bpecial resolutions. To be attended to.
The Chairman reported th_t satisfactory arrangements had been made with Mr. J. G, Barwick, for leasing the srtiibhy Bind alio th. Baleyards between sales. , •' The Chairman's action was confirmed.
Accounts amounting to £14 were passed for payment, and bhe Directors adjourned.
