There was an entry of sixty horses in the ya'ds on Satu r day, including 8 he4d of young draugnts just imported from Sydney. There was a far sale, bub most of the imported horses failed to reach the reserves placed upon them. Best draughts made from £18 to £28. medium £12 'o £16 ; best harness hoses £12 10s to .£lB 10s. medium harness horses and: to £11, a_ed sorts £2 10s upwards. At the produce yuds there was a good supply of pigs, which sold well at current: rates; porkers ißj to 22t', stores 12-! to 16s, weauera 7-* to.lOi f) I. Poultry wer?: in short supply, and brnughfc ('«kl prices as under— Hens 2s t) i to 3s; rosters 3s to 45.; dud_3 4s to 5s : geess 5s to 6-.
