Read the following report from the 4 Sydney Morning Herald,' of April 30th, 1896 :— ' * O HORTLY after noon yesterday a man named Joseph Reeves, s resident of O North Sydney, reported to tlie Worth Sydney police that the body of a man was floating off Ball's Head at Kerosene Bay. The body was remove! to tbe North Sydney morgue by the water police. The man appeared to have been in the water for aboat twelve hours. An elector's right tor the electorate of Willoughby was found in his pocket. The right, was in the name of Michael Sullivan.
