Read the following report from the * Sydney Morning Herald,' of April 30tb, 1896: — * k OPORTLY aftor noon yesterday a man named Joseph Reeves, a resident of JCS North Sydney, reported to the North Sydney -police that the body of a man was floating off Ball's Head at Kerosene Bay. The body was removed to the North Sydney morgue by the water police. The man appeared to have been in the water for aboat twelve hours. An elector's right for the electorate of Willoughby was found in his pocket. The right was in the name of Michael Sullivan.
