LITTLE RIVER ROAD BOARD.

On the motion of Mr Montgomery it was decided that the necessary improvements on the roads at Gebbie's Valley be done, and completed while the men are camped in that locality. It was also resolved that the various stoney points along the Main road be improved as soon as possible, as much complaint is made on the subject. It was "resolved fhat'tendersbe invited toiquarry and break about 200 yds metal at Stony Point near Price's Valley. Mr White reported having seen the Clerk to the Akafroa anfcl Wainui Road Board re the future maintenance of the boundary road at Terawera saw mill, who would bring the matter before his Board and report results. After transacting some routine business and passing accounts for-payment, the Board adjourned.
