ST. ANDREW'S CHOttCH.
A -confirmation service was held is thta Church on Monday evening, 18th May. IFen <eshfridutes were presented by the Vicat, the Rev. P. B. iPritchett. Bishop Julius conducted the service, atod ga?e a most impressive address. There was a large congregation, and a •gpe'cial offertory was made for the purpose of effecting some- improvement to- the Church grontid. After the service, & Vestry meeting was held, the tnembers present being Messrs Jas. Coop, Wμ Owens, G. Kay, "W. H. Montgomery, H. E." Tyion, P. E. Been, A. I. Jottin* and J. Reynolds. Matters in connection with the stipend fund were satisfactorily arranged, and Mr Tyson was (by his own request) nominated Bishop's Warden.
