Lyttelton, Feb. 5
The yacht Mascotle arrived from Wellington at 10.15 a.m. to-day. Mr Sinclair, her sailing master, reports having Ind some bad weather on Wednesday, but with that exception, nothing to speak of. The other local yachts belonging to the Canterbury Yacht Club went down to the Heads to meet the Mascotto and accompanied her to her mooriugs.
London, Feb. 4.
The Government oppose Mr Gladstone's Religious Disability Removal Bill.
Mr Bradlsugh was buried in silence. Nc speches were made, and no service was read. Thera was a large attendance at the funeral.
Two thirds of Barings acceptances are now retired.
