POWER FROM THE AIR.
A report from Nelson, British Columbia, states that an engineer residing in that city has practically developed a method of producing motive power and light from the oxygen of the air. For some years, states the report, the inventor has been working at his invention and has at last developed an internal combustion engine in which oxygen will take the place of gasolene, gas or oil. The plant is said to be in working order at Nelson. It is stated that the separation of the oxygen from the air costs practically nothing apart from the initial cost of establishing the plant.
