Jockey costume will be enforced. Nominators must give air previous performances. The races will be run under the N.Z. Eacing rules and regulations both as to the rules of racing and working the totalisator, with the exception of the Trots, which will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Owners of hprses will be responsible to see that they carry the requisite penalties during the meeting. All races to start punctually at the advertised time.
