No' nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time under any pretence, nor unless accompanied by cash, No entry will be received for any of the above races except on this condition—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards or whomsoever they shall appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final. Jockey costume will be enforced. Nominators must give air previous performances. The races will be run under the N.Z. Eacing rules and regulations both as to the rules of racing and working the totalisator, with the exception of the Trots, which will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Owners of hprses will be responsible to see that they carry the requisite penalties during the meeting. All races to start punctually at the advertised time. No tote betters or speilqrs will be allowed to ply their calling on the racecourse. In all Trots no weight under }1 stone. All Trots optional, saddle or harness.
