All Riders, including Trotting Riders, must ride in colors. No Jockey will be weighed out unless the amount equal to a losing amount Jockey's fees is paid to the clerk of the scales. No horse will be allowed to start in any race unless all fees are settled. Name, age and pedigree (if any) of horses and colors of riders must be given with nomination. No nomination, or acceptance will be received after the advertised time under any pretence, nor unless accompanied by cash. No entry will be received for any of the above races except on this condition—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards or whomsoever they shall appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final. Jockey costume will be enforced. Nominators must give all previous performances. The races will be run under the NZ. Racing rules and regulations both as to the rules of racing and working the totalisator, with the exception of the Trots, which will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Owners of horse's will be responsible tosee that they carry ihe requisite penalties during the meeting. All races to start punctually at the advertised time. No tote betters or spoilers will be allowed to ply their calling on the racecourse. In all Trots no weight under 11 stone. All Trots optional, saddle or harness. _ Ail winners of any Handicap after declaration of hmdicips (Trotting Races and Flat Races) may be rehandicapped.
