ALEXANDRA BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. BY-LAW NO. 3. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIYEN pursuant to the previsions of ■'The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," that the Council of the Borough of Alexandra will, at a Special Meet ing to be held for that purpose on MONDAY, the sih day ot February, 1906, at 8 p.m., confirm the following Special Resolution intended to operate as a special order adopted at a Special Meeting of the said Council held on the Bth day of January, 1906 : " That it be resolved by way of Special Resolution to operate as a Special Order that the draft By-law now before tho Council regulating matters in regard to the Heavy Traffic within the Borough of Alexandra, be adopted and made as a By-law to be known as By-law No 3 Heavy Traffic By-law." The object and purport of the said By-law is the regulation of Heavy Tiaffic within the Borough of Alexandra. A copy of the said By-law may be inspected at the Bo ough Offices during office hours.
