Otaki 6 Jany. 1873 Hon. D. Pollen Auckland. I find that the road near Rangirui through some property of Aitkins which I arranged with Gillies to have set apart for the purpose is now to be closed by Aitkin unless the arrangements I then agreed to are completed.
