I enclose to you the copy of a letter addressed by me this day to the Inspector of the N. Z. Bank from which you will see that a draft for £26,889.7.6d has been put in the Banks hands for collation --- I shall be obliged by your advancing such amounts in anticipation of this draft as Mr. Ormond acting on my behalf may require --- such advances to be made as I have proposed to your Directors first charges on the Loan wh- brought to the Provincial credit.
