Yesterday afternoon the three hot-ttatev bathrcoiiis provided by the Oa»an Beach Domain Board at the St' Clair Baths were formally declared open by Mr J. H. Ha-n----ebsk, the chairman of the board. Mr Hat*cock explained tho various arrangements to a number of visitors avlio had gathered. The boiloiyhc said, was of a colonial type, EeU-tontainod, and had been tested up to® .lOpi-b pressure, though a maximum of 401b was- all- that was required.
