Sad Fatality.
(BY TELEGRAPH.) Murchison, October 31. A sad fatality occurred here yesterday. Mrs O'Rorke and Miss M'lnroe were crossing the Buller River, at the ford, when the horse jibbed and broke loose from the trap. A man who saw the accident went to the assistance of the ladies with a horse and dray. When they weie in the act of throwing a child they had with them into the dray, the buggy turned over, and, both women being precipitated into the river, were carried away with the current and drowned. Mrs O'Rorke was a widow with a large family. Miss M'lnroe was a daughter of the late Mrs Mitchell, who lost her life in the recent coach accident.
